In most of my work, the images I portray are rendered smaller than or close to their actual physical size. In this piece, I wanted to experiment with the scale of the images, and also with a more muted palette. I’m very pleased with the outcome, and am exploring the scale issue further in work currently in progress. Completed in 2023, this piece is oil on linen, 24"h X 48"w, and is framed.
